Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel? Main purpose of the Warehouse Lead role:
This is a full time role for a candidate who is able to optimize and prioritize the team's productivity and oversees all activity related to the returns process.
This position is temporary for the first 60 days.
Upon successful completion of 60 days the position becomes a permanent addition to staff.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Manage daily warehouse operation needs Ensure processes and procedures are followed, maintained and continuously improve in all areas Plan resources needed in each department based on workload forecasts Monitors productivity levels, errors, partials and reports associated with the area Monitors housekeeping tasks to promote established safe procedures Abides and enforces all company policies and procedures Required Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual required) Highly effective training skills and techniques Excellent email communication Basic working knowledge of communicating through emails Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Proven work experience in a warehouse environment (as lead/supervisor or above) Minimum
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse and leading a large group Computer literate in Excel, Word and email.
Experience with WMS system Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English) A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
